Winslow
This is my only Winslow, it's one of my favorite clocks. It's a rectangular Catalyn clock and an early digital one to boot. The clock is distinct in the world of digital clocks in that the numbers rotate in a flat circular fashion parallel to the face instead of at rotating perpindicular to the face like all the others; the time is then shown with "disks" not "wheels". In addition when the hour changes the dials rotate in opposite directions to each other, kind of fun to watch.
This particular example encapsulates all that is at once wonderful and regretable about Catalyn. The clock has aged to a nice butterscotch patina from it's original white, however Winslow like a lot of other manufacturers, didn't account for the gradual shrinkage of the Catalyn. The result of this oversight is that as the case shrank, the interior metal frame did not, resulting in a whopping big crack in the back of the clock, from those I see that come up for auction, this is a fairly common problem for this unit.
